I have been photographing people for over 35 years. Originally I was lucky to get a Kodak instamatic which served me well until my teenage years. In the early 80’s I started photographing bands on stage at the old Newcastle Workers Club and around Newcastle. I used a Pentax ME Super which supported my passion for over 10 years. Whilst music was my love weddings and people were other areas I began developing a true passion for. The raw emotion is something you just cannot act, to be there in the thick of it is where I am most at home. I have completed a number of professional courses but like so many of the people I know who have gone on to do great things its not necessarily the courses but the flair and passion that separate the true artists, the later I will always strive for. My true love is people of all shapes and sizes, music of course and weddings. The emotion combined with the pressure and commitment of getting it right on the day brings out the very best in me, in return I give that to you.
